It depends on what kind of writing anxiety you have. I have anxiety about not being good enough at writing, but I love writing. But, any type of writing anxiety can be tough to deal with. I suggest trying find the main problem. Anxiety-based disorders, usually have a based problem that it stems from. For an example, I have social anxiety. It stems from my anxiety about people thinking bad things about me. You might have a fear that your writing might not be good enough, which causes the anxiety.
