Its about something my dog swallowed and i'm really worried that it will harm ***
***my dog just swallowed a muffin wrapper whole and i'm extremely worried about what may happen.

If the muffin wrapper was rather small and he shows no signs of choking, I wouldn't worry too much, just let it run its natural course.
