I would view problems as the growth opportunities.

Explanation:

When we set our goals and try to reach those goals, we want to get them straight and simple. But if there comes any problem, it should be seen or taken as the opportunity to grow. Because when a problem comes in the way, we start finding out the solutions for that problem to reach our goal at any cost. During this finding process, we come across so much of solutions and alternatives and knowledge that we gather a lot of information about that specific problem, that can later help us in other problems as well. This is basically our growth. Secondly, finding solutions to our problems to reach our goal make us more specific and serious towards our goal. It gives us the sense of more motivation. So i personally take problems as the opportunity to grow.
