Sleepwalking- mostly seen in children.Sleepwalking isn’t limited just to walking but also includes any actions to be performed while a person is sleeping. Sufferers usually have no memory of what happened, which occurs during their deep stage of Non-REM (rapid eye movement)

Night Terrors- night terrors are similar to nightmares but night terrors occur during non- REM sleep. Sufferers usually don’t recall what made them wake up in a confused or frightened state.

Teeth grinding- An unconscious act of grinding, clenching your teeth tightly together during sleep. Teeth grinding while sleeping can cause severe damage
