What are some ways that your attitudes influence your health ?

Basically it plays games on the mind. So maybe when you were little as you would fall and scrap your knee maybe you would walk home and tell yourself “im ok” repeatedly. We’re as the body would be hurt but your attitude influences your health

Or you could also mean like a bad attitude makes you not have friends. Or if your funny you could have plenty of friends because of your “attitude”
