What can be harmful to our health and lead to problems such as depression if we dont learn to handle it properly

well, I think somethings that can be harmful to your health is drama, toxic people, being too hard on your self, but mainly, not being cared for by someone whether its a friend, or family, but there's also many more things you just have to be careful with your moves and honestly think before you act and think of the consequences that may follow. :)
