Why does brand awareness make a company stand out from its competition?

Brands like Pepsi, Nike, and Adidas are all well known and pretty big, being well known and out there helps it stand out form its competitors. Being more known is a bigger chance for recognition and sales, they also have a better chance of profiting over a small or lesser known brand

Brand awareness makes the company stand out of the competition because the  when the brand has a high value in the market then it shows that it has no competition in the market.

This is because there is no other company that can even match upto that level.

This reduces the competition in the market. None of the customers move to another brand for purchasing any goods.

Hence, having awareness about the brand decreases competition.
