Ihave been trying to lose weight and have tried everything basically and i am always stuck at home and can't go outside so their is no way i can excercise even still i tried to do it at home but slowly i started giving up because it was boring not fun but anyways that's not the end of my problem i tried to eat my breakfast and skip lunch because i know that i am not hungry and just because i am tempted i eat so what should i

exercise while listening to your favorite music. This will make you confident! You should try going on a bike ride around your nieghborhood with friends or family. Maybe try eating lunch but a healthy luch. When you go grocery shopping pick out some healthy items or get vegan junk food,lol.
