Respect your friends boundaries, identify all the possible risk factors when having self awareness over influence on your friends. Try to respect yourself as well by making wise choices socially and with your health, for example don’t glorify drugs or inflicting pain on others so your friends don’t assume it’s “cool” or “okay” to do too. Also, try to support and lift up your friend and encourage healthy activities with friends rather than toxic ones.

Likewise, all of this applies to your friends where they give back the respect and wellness you offer as well as continue to be supportive and encouraging you to be healthy in every aspect of their lives by also being a good representation of that healthiness
