Well, you can go through therapy, try self motivation activities and cut off negetive influences from your life. the doctors also offer perscriptions for plenty of anti anxiety medications ^-^

Just go and talk to ur family and if ur anxiety is that big do it slowly and go from person to person but get used to the 1st one first. and insecurity is ok but what are u insecure about
