We each have a different level of health, and that level of health depends on many factors, including our lifestyles and habits. some factors, however, might be outside our control. in your opinion, which is the biggest factor in determining how healthy you are?

Very big factors depend on what type of lifestyle you live, what type of work field your in, what type of environment you live in. Everything plays part in how healthy you are. For example. If you smoke, and you've been smoking for lets just say... what.. 20 years or so? Your probably not that healthy as you want to be or as healthy as your doctor wants you to be. Yes, some things we cant control that happen in our life times, such as diseases were born with. Like i said, everything plays a part.
