isolation is a big part of it if they start to snap for no reason could also be a flag for depression, you could honestly let them know that they don't have to talk about what up in their life if they don't want to but if they don't your all ears for them. hopefully this helps <3

i think life is life. many could argue that life is ‘nice’ or ‘fun’ but in the end, it is immaterial and will end. nihilism is my philosophy. nothing matters in the end so why make an effort?
