I’m your opinion why are a persons hands a useful tool when estimating a serving size ?

if you mean for food a hand is useful for estimating a serving size because your stomach should be about as big as a fist

because health skills are tools and strategies and also practical skills are also something you need to learn (like tools and strategies) and put it in reality.
