I’m 14 years old, almost 15 and i’m 5 feet 1 inch tall, and i started to work out but then i read that if you work out while you still growing up that is going to stop you from growing and i really, really want to grow tell me if this is true, and tell me how can i grow up !

To answer your question, there is no way to get taller except to wear heels (lol). Puberty will affect a teen until around the age of 20+, so have patience. Only use reliable sources to answer your question, claims by random websites are more often than not unreliable.
