Sending Communication, Receiving Communication and Feedback.

Sending Communication:
Communication scholars refer to this as “encoding” a message; i.e., constructing and transmitting an understandable message to the receiver. 

Receiving Communication:
Most leaders assume they're nice listeners. nevertheless in my 30-plus years of expertise, be it in Fortune five hundred boardrooms or at the frontline momma and Pop retailers, the leaders I actually have encountered, worked with or coached, are either average or really, poor listeners. while not robust listening skills, you're doomed to be a really mediocre supervisor of a team with low morale and low productivity.

Feedback:
After sending the message and receiving a response, it's time to supply feedback to finish the communication method. curiously, feedback has 2 parts, that is, giving and receiving. someday frontline leaders provide feedback to staff, colleagues, vendors, customers and even bosses. generally, frontline leaders receive feedback from constant teams.
