My favorite recipe to make is one of the simplest.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup softened butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 1/4 cups and 2 Tbsp of flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 packages of semi-sweet chocolate.
First, preheat the oven to 350°
Second, softened the butter.
Once the butter is soft mix in with sugar at medium speed until you get a creamy texture.
Third, put flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
Next, slowly add in the butter mixture to the bowl and mixture together.
Lastly, add in the chocolate and mix again.
Now that you have the dough, butter then baking sheet and set parchment paper on top. I usually just drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper and leave it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until they look fully baked. Once the cookies are done take them out of the oven and let them cool off for about 15 minutes and ENJOY!
