In this unit, you’ve learned that participating in sports can teach you life lessons. the lessons reach far beyond the world of sports. they include persistence, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and conflict resolution. how can you apply some or all of these ideas to controlling your diet and committing to regular exercise? how can these ideas, borrowed from the world of sports, support the work you completed in tasks 1 through 4?

First of all, when you think of a sport, volleyball, for example, or any other sport, for you to be good at it, and get the results you want, you cannot forget some very important things mentioned on the question, that includes persistence, teamwork and etc. That can be very much applied to your diet control because, for you to really be commited to it, you need to be persistent, and you too need teamwork, and this teamwork is between you and your head, you need to have an agreement with yourself before starting it. And don't forget that an excellent diet comes in together with a good set of exercises.
