There are indicators of full cloud cover around the Great Lakes, in western New York, eastern Pennsylvania, and Virgina. There is 75% cloud cover south of the Great Lakes, in Vermont and Massachusetts, and from the L down through Tennessee and Alabama. The band of purple, for the teens, is only in the far north. The band for dark blue, the 20s, goes from Oregon, through the Great Lakes, to Maine. The band for blue, for the 30s, extends from northern California, through Nebraska, and south of the Great Lakes. There is also a small band of blue through southern New York. The band for pale blue, the 40s, extends from central California, through Kansas, and swings up toward the Great Lakes. There is also a small band of pale blue in northern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey. There is a pocket of green, the 50s, in Colorado, the rest of the green extends from southern California, through northern Texas, swings up to the Great Lakes, and then through Maryland. A band of yellow, the 60s, extends from central Texas to Virginia. A band of orange, 70s, extends from southern Texas to northern Florida. The very south of Texas and most of Florida is in the red, the 80s.
