After the mexican revolution, the new government promised "land, bread, and justice for all." what does this slogan tell you about the living conditions of the people before the revolution?

I think this slogan meant that land reform will be given to farmers in the agrarian sector. In The Mexican Revolution, Diaz was not able to breach the gap between the rich landowners and poor farmers in Mexico. Because of this, Madero had challenged Diaz through presidential election
