What are the disadvantages for having globalization?

1. Globalization can ruin the environment. Moving things from one area to another wastes oil, etc.

2. Globalization can ruin local economies. There is a movement that wants to buy local - especially organic foods.

3. Globalization can lead to hyper-specialization, which can be good, but also negative.

Free trade simply kills competition by letting the developed countries surpass the poor ones. It is namely the globalization which lead to an even wider discrepancy in wealth distribution.

It is the doctrine that the us had the right and duty to expand throughout north america. it just means they believed they had the right to expand westward and they did! they stated with the 13 colonies and then they kept moving gaining different territories throughout the years
