Another regulation would be a ban on offshore fracking and artic drilling so that oil spills like the BP gulf wouldn't happen again. The Department of Energy and would enforce these new regulations on fracking and offshore drilling, as well as new investments towards green energy. The Department of Treasury would oversee enforcement of the new taxes that I listed earlier.
