For any region to be considered as a more developed on a international forum, the security check level are the first priority, as any investor will always look towards the regional security conditions. No, one will be willingly invest in a war zone. As, in recent years the Syrian war had some bad effects in the regions, making it hard for the overall economic conditions to build up positively. Along, with that the wars in the past few years the conditions are worsened in the region. This is one of many reasons that the northern regions of Africa and the southwest region of Asia are still under developed.  

Increasing rate of population

The number of jobless people are near to more then expected as there is a lack of industrial zones been made in the region and due to lack of investment. There is lack of skilled workers who can perform the job on professional level as compared to the workers in the European region and other developed regions.

Lack of jobs in the region has made the situation worsen and more hard for the economy to grow in a positive direction.

How to grow the economy?

In most of the countries,if they ensure the security details for any foreigner to visit there country and explore it, then tourism should be promoted more in order for the economy to grow in a more develop and positive direction.
