The biodiversity hotspots that are a storehouse of endemic species are having a habitat loss due to the climate change and impact of global warming on the planet's ecological system.

If the biodiversity fails or comes to an end then the resultant ecosystem services will collapse, and similarly, agricultural services will also be impacted plus its repercussion on human health will also be seen. Such as growing demand for clean drinking water and food security.
