Like any resource, water is a vital natural resource that every populace and civilization needs in order to thrive. In economics, there are four resource types; land, labor, capital and entrepreneurship. Thus, water belongs in the land category which means that it is needed for various production of goods.  

While winters are rainy, summers are dry. regions with this climate are usually in the eastern part of the continents. they experience hot, humid summers and colder winters. precipitations have a regular distribution throughout the year, but hurricanes are common.
