Is the grammar/spelling of these french sentences i wrote correct? i have provided what i want the sentences to say below each sentence. no translators.

1. some (i do not know what the word "some" in french is) possible les métiers je suis intéressé en sont un médecin ou une femme d'affaires.

some possible jobs i am interested in are a medical doctor or a businesswomen.

2. j’aurais apprendre mĂ©decin et affaires.

i would have to learn medicine and business.

3. apprendre le français voudrais aider moi comprendre et aider moi les personnes plus.

to learn french would me understand and my people more.

note: (i have not learned the french word for "patients" so i am using "personnes."

4. j’aime aider personnes alors aider personnes est plus important que l’argent to moi. je pense il est possible to aimer ton mĂ©tier et faire un bon salaire.

i love to people so to people is more important than money to me. i do think it is possible to like your job and to make a good salary.
