hatred affect the world by lack of understanding weakens a relationship, be it of any kind. If people who don't know each other well, then it gets easy for a third person to create misunderstanding between those two persons. So yes hate can be induced but its strength and weakness lie with the person.

Foraging ecology, therefore, may provide a selective pressure for the evolution of self-control.[1]
