(Option 1) People think of paraphrasing as saying what the writer said a different way, only that is the easy way out. In order for your statement to work, you need to insert what would be considered first and not what is technically assumed 'paraphrasing' is. *kicks option 1 out the door*

(Option 4) Hello there. That's what happens when you're paraphrasing a piece of writing.
