These lines appear near the end of the poem, after Arthur has been fatally injured in battle. His knights have all died, except for Sir Bedivere, who remains with the dying king. At this point, Arthur says his "end draws nigh" -- he knows he is dying and the end of his life is getting closer. He asks Bedivere to "make broad thy shoulders to receive my weight," as he needs help walking. He asks to lean on Bedivere's shoulders so he can move.

At this point, he rises from the ground, clearly in pain. He looks wistfully, or sadly and longingly, as he does not wish to die. At this point the reader can picture him there, near the water's edge, his life slowly leaving him. These given lines describe Arthur, not Bedivere. 

Therefore, the first choice can be eliminated, as the lines describe Arthur, not Bedivere. Furthermore, the second choice can be eliminated, as these lines do not merely describe any man. Next, the third choice can be eliminated, as these lines do not describe a sword at all. And so, only the final choice can be the right answer, as these lines describe an injured King Arthur who is nearing the end of his life.
