The Spanish Armada was a massive fleet of Spanish warships destined to go to England for the purpose of taking the English throne and making England a Catholic nation. The Armada was destroyed by smaller, faster English ships, as well as a brutal storm. The Armada was the bulk of the Spanish navy and Spain gradually weakened in power.
2. End of the Tudor reign: 1603.
Elizabeth I was the last ruler of the Tudor dynasty, because she never married nor had any children. Her cousin James I took throne and started the Stuart Dynasty.
3. Daughter of Anne Boleyn: Elizabeth I
Elizabeth I was the daughter of Anne Boleyn and King Henry VIII who tried in vain to have a son to give the throne to. Elizabeth I came to power in 1558 and oversaw a period of English drama and playwright, as well as expanding English influence overseas.

Mary I was the daughter of Catherine of Aragon and Henry VIII. She came to the throne in 1553 before her own sister Elizabeth I outed her. She is famous aggressively trying to bring Catholicism to England, often through violent means, earning the nickname "Bloody Mary".
5. Tudor reign in England: 1485-1603
The Tudor reign in England came to power after the War of Roses between the House of Lancaster and York. The Tudor dynasty oversaw a good economic period, Shakespeare playwrights, as well as the English reformation (England being Catholic and changing to protestant).

The Renaissance was a period from early 14th century up until the end of the 17th century.
