I'd say the last one. Because you shouldn't put the author's name in the quotation marks, and you should always include the name of his/her work in quotation marks, as well as add a number. In my opinion, the correct answer would be (Sumner, "Bees", 47), but since there is no such option, I'd go with the last one.
