column 2 – organelle function and/or characteristics
column 3 – what you will compare it to
column 4 – the task or characteristic you are using for comparison

use the chart to compose a story that completes the logical analogy for the situation or location you have chosen.

Let's pick a eukaryotic animal. since i don't know how many organelles you need, i will do 3 for you, and you are on your own for the next ones.

function: create atp molecules by doing cellular respiration.
relation: powerhouse/electricity
why: because the mitochondria powers the cell and gives it energy to work with.

name: endoplasmic reticulum
function: creates membrane
relation: factory
why: because it creates membrane which are essential to the cell's transporting and signaling.

3. 
name: lysosome
function: digest food and fix broken membrane.
relation: the stomach
why: we generally think of as the stomach eating and digesting food, but the lysosome actually does that job, so in my head, they are pretty much related.
