Judy Jones is most likely the antagonist in the story. I haven't read the book, but I did search her up. She's portrayed as selfish and spoiled, or, just plain horrible. She's never satisfied and doesn't understand real value (kinda like Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter, just throwing that out there).
