In the excerpt, Chyrses prays and Apollo "attends" and "descends". This shows that the gods heard his prayer and Apollo decides to help him. This best shows loyalty and friendship. A few of the options can be eliminated immediately because they are the opposite of friendship and loyalty. Option A is all about showing dominance, this has nothing to do with friendship. Option C says that the gods are fierce and vengeful which almost makes them seem villainous - the complete opposite of friendship.
