This relevant church teaching is for the issue of bullying because If we do not take care not to fall into certain errors which can arise from a misunderstanding of the concept of human rights, the probablity of us bullying someone raises for bullying can be the act of seeking to seek to harm, or coerce someone perceived as vulnerable, which harming someone would be going against their human rights. This teaching teaches us how to abstain from bullying others by telling us there are consequences of misunderstanding the concept of rights, which are falling into certain errors which one of these errors can be bullying someone by going against their human rights.
