did you know that if you are sad or feeling any emotion tears aren't a way of expression your feelings. but when you cry you may think ' oh I'm just sad or happy'. studies have shown that tears are not caused by feeling down or sad but because it is a soothing thing to do and apparently its suppose to calm you down. But tears also have a good effect on your eyes too, your tears create a chemical called 'leucine enkephalin'. This chemical is produced and can help cleanse you eyes! ( i cry a lot so i know that's why my eyes are bright and beautiful)!
