I want you to recall an uplifting experience you have had. An uplifting experience is one where, no matter how you were feeling before it, you came out of it full of excitement, energy, happiness and positivity... Sometimes uplifting experiences come at the perfect time, when you are down and out, other times, they can improve on an already awesome day! Either way it is important to remember the feelings and emotions of that moment. Use descriptive language to paint the picture of that event, and write it down!
