My room is a bit dark/ light or sunny and I can't really see/ I can see perfectly fine. My room smells weird/ nice and my bed feels comfortable. Whenever I lay in bed, I feel like my bed hugs me and conforts me because it's so comfortable. When I touch my fluffy blanket, it feels so soft, like if I was petting a kitten. Before I go to bed I drink I glass of water and leave it at the side of my bed.

Those are just some ideas, because I don't know what your room looks like. It's not my room and I've never been in there.
