I'm staying in this evening because my favourite programme is on TV at 8 p.m. Tonight's Top Gear programme 1) is showing a very unusual race. The TV presenters 2) are racing two amazing, expensive vehicles: a Bugatti Veyron, which costs about £880,000, and a Eurofighter Typhoon plane, wich costs £67 million! The car will drive 1.6 kilometers along an airport runway, and then it will turn round and race back. The plane 3) will fly 1.6 kilometres straigh up into the sky and then it 4) will turn around and race back down to Earth!

At top speed, the Veyron will reach about 400 kilometres per hour. The Typhoon 5) will travel at about 2400 kilometres per hour! Which vehicle will win? Nobody knows, but it definitely 6) won't be boring! I 7) 'm looking forward to it!
