How media/screen time effects all aspects of a young child’s life?

Media / screen time can effect aspects of a young child’s life both negatively and positively. The negatives include lower sleep levels due to light causing lowered melatonin production, unkind remarks from people on socials, and restricted practice of beneficial hobbies.While that seems like a lot , there are also many positives like benefits in social skills and knowledge growth from media. Meaning that like everything screen time in children can be bad and good it’s all about balance on what and how much!
