Well strong in like muscle and strong as in like you make good pathways in your life and you can like be a strong person just by thinking strongly and knowing to be strong. If you do all of those then you won't be one of those show off saying " oh look at me i'm strong". If you want to be strong you have to be strong on the inside not the outside. It like you look like a kind person but are you really? Now that's the big question. If you want to be kind you have to have kindness in your heart.
