This Is It! is your take-charge attitude for focusing all your attention on the present moment. Taking charge means you are accountable for what happens. When you take charge of your life, you own everything that happens to you. If you're having a bad day and things are out of your control or you want to be at another phase in life, say This Is It! and make more moments turn out the way you want.

So, Imagine your friend asks for your opinion about an outfit she wants to buy. Provide a two or three sentence description of the situation you are using. Then provide a sentence to describe how you might have approached the other person before learning about OTFD. Create an actual OTFD (Or an acronym) for the situation.
