I never had an issue like this and it is due tomorrow cuz PROCRASTINATION! Think about a time you had a problem to solve but needed help to do so.

Write a response to this prompt. What did you need help with? Who helped you? What did you learn from the experience?

Follow the steps below to brainstorm, write, revise, and edit your narrative essay. Keep in mind your essay should be no longer than 1750 characters with spaces.

Think about a time you had a problem to solve but needed help. Brainstorm and begin answering the following questions with just one sentence for each question: Where were you and what were you doing? What happened first, next, last, and why was it important? Make it pop by filling in the details. What were you thinking and feeling? What did others do in reaction? What were the surroundings like, etc?
Take each sentence from your answers to the questions above and expand each moment, one by one. These expansions can become their own paragraphs or shorter ones can be paired together with others to form a paragraph. This is where you will put details, dialogue, and artful expression into your writing.
Make sure to add transitions as you move from moment to moment or event to event.
End your narrative with your statement of significance — or what you learned from the experience you shared in your narrative — and why it is important to you or how it relates to others around you or anyone in the world.
Constantly revise and edit as you go. Write some and then read and revise as you go along. Remember to write like a reader. How will your words come across to others? What images will they see in their minds? What details do they need to know to connect the dots? Always keep your reader or audience in your mind.
Make sure to use the C. U.P. S. acronym and edit your essay.
Submit FINAL draft only to your own professor.
