Looking for paper with the following text: The size and availability of portable electronics and technological advancements have increased the distractions available to drivers. These distractions add to existing distractions like other passengers and outside stimuli. More accidents have raised the concerns of who is to blame. Florida has created more laws and regulations to discourage and penalize distracted drivers. Distracted driving is an exceedingly difficult problem to solve, especially when the distractions are outside the state's control. Some may argue that Florida is not doing enough to stop distracted driving. They may say that there is not enough PSA's warning of the risks of distracted driving. Recently, Florida has put many laws in place to try and force less distracted driving. Florida is doing all that it can to prevent distracted driving, and it is the people who need to change.
