At minute 0:03 it says:

But that [?] is what I don't understand it says. Can anyone understand the word? Please

I think it says BLEEDING or PLEADING.

Explanation:

Both make sense but bleeding makes a little bit more sense because down the song you hear them say something like I am coming back to life which could mean a rebirth or surviving the incident. Pleading also makes sense because right after the first line they indicate that someone is leaving the room which makes the singer feel free so their plead sort of ends
