Explain three constitutional limitations to the right to freedom of expression​

Freedom of expression is the freedom of citizens to express their beliefs, without prior control by the state. Freedom of expression is not absolute, like most other fundamental rights. For example, hate speech or incitement to violence, mention of obscenities, insults and defamation are punishable under certain circumstances. Freedom of expression is often considered an integral concept in democracies.
