Greed and Money

Poem type: Free Verse
I have what I always wanted, I have endless amounts of that green paper you call money and an infinite stash of gold bars lying within the solid doors of my large safe.
I am old, but, I have it all. I have a young wife and reckless lovers all around the province, there is nothing better than being rich.
I have yachts and whatnots, I have everything anyone could ever dream of having and I delight in it all.
I am one of a kind, and you ask me about God? There is no God for me! For I am God. I am God and Lord over everyone, I tell one to do this and he does it without a doubt. God? God doesn't exist. Only I exist, money and power reign over any religion.
What do you desire to tell me? That I am deceitful? Yes, to your eyes I may be. How else would I have conceived so much treasures? I have framed and stolen from many worse than myself, don't judge me if I am deceitful for everyone is deceitful.
What do you desire to warm me about? That Karma shall catch me for my devious acts? Karma shall not act! I am God, nothing shall make me tremble. I have my riches and my gold, I have my men and my hitman, I have an empire that you yourself cannot learn to comprehend.
What do you desire to say? That I have greed? Yes I have greed! I want more and more each and every day and I kill and murder those opposing my way and don't think you won't be on my Blacklist if you interfere on my matters.
What do you want to warm of that is so urgent? That God has plans for me in hell? I am hell, people that treat me know that I'm worse than hellfire for I have no pity and no compassion over those that work for me, yes! I make them work till exhaustion! And, that pleases me.
What is it? Tell me, what is it? That I am tied to my possessions? I am. That I have everything due to the most horrendous of acts? Yes. I have no heart, for my heart is made of stone, I am like the Happy Prince only without any sorrow inside my heart. I am locked inside my paradise filled with the paper you call money and the desire of having more which you call greed. No one can change me for I am God.
