I need to make a poem about ode to 8th grade, I will give brainliest and everything Something along this length I didn’t have much friends this year
But the friends I did have
Were always there.
Good or bad,
I have memories I will keep,
Lessons I have learned that
No one else will teach.
Experiences
And people I won’t forget,
And some decisions that
are filled with regret.
There hasn’t been another year,
Where I have felt
More evolved,
Like a pokemon,
Advancing to level 12.
Throughout this year,
I realized that
Eighth grade is something that
Seventh grade teachers over prepared me for.
Eighth grade is something that
Allows you to see things in a different point of view.
A good example
Would be a tree.
As it grows its branches and leaves,
I feel like this year
Was the year where I grew my few branches.
Off of these branches
I will learn different life skills,
Each building off of each other.
The leaves represent the little things,
Like posture
And making your bed.
Eighth grade has shown me that
School isn’t all about grades.

Time is not always change. time can also mean continuity, and it can mean keeping acknowledged truths in mind despite differences in circumstances. there is no better example of this in things fall apart than the retellings of the proverb about the bird named eneke, the language in both retellings is almost identical despite the length of time that has passed between their repetitions. in comparing the usages of the same proverb, achebe allows his readers to note the similarities and differences between the situations, and he them understand how this story can be applied to their own lives.
