What do you think will happen after chapter 23 in the giver??

There are several possibilities, but that place, 'Elsewhere' could be the start of a new life for Jonas. That could be full of people like him who see color and believe in the things the Giver taught him. But it could also be yet another place under the rules of 'Sameness'. Maybe Jonas died in the frost and that place is his version of heaven. Either way, Jonas reached Elsewhere.
