While fixing the stab the doctor notices that she is a girl and basically rats her out. Normally she would have been killed but instead (because she saved the general's life) he spared her life. She was, however, left alone in the mountains (where they were fighting) to die. But when she sees the bad guys marching on the main town she jumps into action. She ends up saving the Emporer and helped win the war. She also grew very close with the general. So late they get married. THE END!
