Explanation:

So, I heard some noises that were unusual so I checked it and I saw a man killing someone and dragging him (which made the noise). It happened at 12:30 in the night (every Sunday), near this garbage can on Evergreen Avenue. There were no people that were involved in this murder scene. I noticed my family and the neighbors were upset and I found out why, it’s because that same man who was murdering a stranger blackmailed them that if they told the police, he would come at them. So, I was really scared (Obviously). So, I hope that you can check out what’s going on.
